I’ve been really struggling to stay present in the moment lately. Especially in a very busy week where your body just thrown into a whole lot of tasks non-stop. When you think you are 100 % fine physically, you forget that mind matter; you need to take care of your mental health as well.
One of the things you can do to stay calm and wind down your anxious mind is to stay off your phone. It’s nice to take a break from social media; do it for a day and you will be surprised to see how big the impact is.
But really, the internet is great. (If u know the reference, well done.) It’s a place for everybody and of course it is an amazing platform to help us too!
