Sites to Help Your Anxiety

I’ve been really struggling to stay present in the moment lately. Especially in a very busy week where your body just thrown into a whole lot of tasks non-stop. When you think you are 100 % fine physically, you forget that mind matter; you need to take care of your mental health as well.

One of the things you can do to stay calm and wind down your anxious mind is to stay off your phone. It’s nice to take a break from social media; do it for a day and you will be surprised to see how big the impact is.

But really, the internet is great. (If u know the reference, well done.) It’s a place for everybody and of course it is an amazing platform to help us too!

Here’s a list of helpful websites for understanding and coping with anxiety and depression:

pixel thoughts
It’s a place to write all of your negative thoughts down and watch them disappear like a star.

rainy mood

If you are a:
(n) a lover of rain;
someone who finds joy and peace of mind during rainy days.

This is perfect for you.

Move your fingers on the screen and watch the colours go. I’m actually surprised by the effect of it; very calming I must say.

stress analyst

A site designed to talk you down from a stressful experience. And for me, it’s done its job quite well.

automatic flatterer
This site gives you the best compliments! That’s all I can say.

Also, any calming/ relaxing sounds really help. You can search it on Youtube or even Spotify to find the best one you prefer. I personally prefer rain & ocean sounds.

This helps me a lot, and I hope they can do the same for you. Once again take a deep breath; you can do this. Take care of yourself; physically and mentally.
