Some days you may not want to do anything, basically just stay in bed watching your favorite tv shows and eat a lot of snacks. And it’s okay to have one of those days. But it’s not okay if you have a lot of things to do that are important for your work or school life.
Here are the tips for you to stay inspired and motivated.
First, take care of your body. When you wake up in the morning, drink a glass of water to start the day fresh. You also need to stay hydrated during the day. Daily exercise is also important, it doesn’t have to be a hard one. It just need to make you move and sweat. Daily exercise improves your mood, boosts your energy level and relieves stress. At the end of the day, get enough sleep, so will have more energy to do things that makes you happy.
Plan your day. Make a list of at least three things you want to accomplish at that day. Sort it based on your priorities. After a long day, do 10-15 minutes reflection and self-evaluation. Reflect on what you’ve done that day and why.
Focus on things that makes you happy. Allow yourself to relax a little bit before coming back to your hectic daily routine. Do a relaxing spa day, or just simply take a bubble bath.
Name new things you are grateful for when you wake up, learn to express gratitude. One other important thing, tidy desk; tidy mind. Tidy environment helps you to get more focus and also gives you more energy and inspiration.
